  • Problem:  Goals are mostly rolled over from prior performance (and therefore static), not on current rep, market, customer and product trends.
  • Solution: Identify factors that are most influential to performance and incorporate them in goal formula.
  • Value: Reduce the dependence on past history, reflect current market conditions and incentivize reps on future performance.
